Integrated research training group

The integrated research training group (MGK) offers doctoral students a structured study programme in which they acquire methodological core competencies, subject-specific qualifications and soft skills. Thus, in addition to their academic and professional qualifications, the doctoral students are comprehensively qualified for their later pro-fessional activities. The MGK is closely linked to the activities and programmes of the RUB Research School. The scholarship programme enables the international integration of outstanding doctoral candidates and students from Germany and abroad.
