Academic Lunch at ZESS

Last Friday, the SFB’s doctoral students had the opportunity to explore the center for the engineering of smart product-service-systems (ZESS) and its research activities in detail.

After a brief welcome by Alexander Große-Kreul, there was a tour of the research hall, including a presentation of current demonstrators by Tommy Luong, Jan Schachtsiek, Lukas Christ, Simon Krieger, Milan Brisse, and Elias Milloch. Following this, the doctoral students received a detailed insight into the goals and opportunities of ZESS, presented by CEO Michael Herzog. The event concluded with a group lunch and informal discussion overlooking Bochum.
